Senior girls of to B.C.’s

The Timberline Wolves senior girls volleyball team captured the bronze medal at the AAA Island Championships in Powell River this past weekend.

The Wolves defeated the Ballenas Secondary Whalers in three straight sets 25-22, 25-10, 25-22 in the bronze medal match, and qualified for the AAA provincials in Vernon December 2-5.  Also qualifying for Provincials were Brooks Secondary from Powell River (silver medalists) and Mark R. Isfeld Secondary (gold medalists).  Mark R. Isfeld defeated Brooks in the final three sets to two (no scores available).
