Brodie Comerford of Campbell River gets a hit as the North Island Bantam AAA Royals take on the Delta Tigers April 23 at Nunns Creek Park. The Royals lost this game 10-9 but beat the Tigers 10-3 earlier in the day. The Royals, a team made up of players from Campbell River, Parksville, Comox, Port Alberni and Powell River, also played two games against Victoria Black April 24 in Campbell River, losing 15-3 and 7-3. The Royals' season started April 16 and the team is 2-6-0 so far.
