I am writing on behalf of those who would like to easily get out of Tyee Plaza opposite 10th Street using the four way stop.
As far as the traffic flow interruptions, more traffic is tied up by people waiting for angle parking spots that are not immediately available.
The crosswalks are another traffic delay. We certainly won’t get rid of the angle parking or crosswalks so why the four way stop?
