On the early morning hours of Sunday, May 16, William Frank Heal, loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and friend peacefully passed from this life to the next.
Frank was born in Duncan, BC, and other than for a couple short years, lived his entire life on his beloved Vancouver Island. He enjoyed gardening, cruising to Alaska, Panama and Hawaii, walking along the ocean, and watching the boats navigate the Discovery Passage from his oceanfront condo.
Frank was predeceased by his first wife of 42 years, Carol, and his second wife of 5 years, Lorna.
Frank is survived by and leaves to mourn; his sisters, Cecilia and Shirley; his children, Ron (Gin), Tamara and Scott; his grandchildren, Clayton (Chloe), Bryson, Michael, Autumn, Logan, and Peyton; and his great-grandchildren who brought him such joy in his later years, Kasey and Emerald.
Due to Covid restrictions, a small service will be held for family members only.
