With deepest sympathy, we announce that Vera Selena Boscoe passed away peacefully in her sleep at Yuculta Lodge on January 4, 2014 at the age of 87 years. Vera was predeceased by her parents John and Annie Black and by her husband Mike. She is survived by her sister Evelyn; her son Greg (Melanie) and daughter Debbie; her nephew Ian (Lynn); grandchildren Tanya, Greg, David, Trevor and Heather; as well as numerous great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. The family wishes to thank Dr. Mary Ramsey and the staff at Yuculta Lodge for their special care.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, January 20, 2014 at 2pm in the Campbell River United Church, 415 Pinecrest Road. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
