Born November 17th, 1918 in welland Ontario, passed away March 6th, 2003 in Comox, B.C. Predeceased by her husband William Cook, Velma is survived by her sister Hazel Moore of Victoria, BC and her brother John Bindas of Winnipeg, Manitoba, and many nieces, nephews and old friends.
