Passed away on Wednesday May 23 2007 at the age of 91. Predeceased by his wife Violet on December 18, 1991.
Survived by son Trevor (Julie), daughters: Crystal, Renee (Carl) and Wendy; grandchildren: Kristie (Steve), Kevin, Lisa (Al), and Lacey (Conway); stepgrandchildren: John, James and Jaclyn and one great-grandchild Nicholas; many other relatives especially nieces Diana and Faye and nephew Dave.
He was always willing to help - a real "Mr. Fix-It" - everything from electronics and carpentry to sewing and cutting hair.
He loved working outside in his yard, his cat Frosty, and spending time with family and friends. The coffee pot was always on. He will be forever in our memories.

A Celebration of Phil's Life will be held at Sutton's Funeral Chapel on Thursday May 31st at 11a.m. Reception to follow at 934 Fir Street.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
