Ottis Coulter
August 16, 1916 – January 10, 2014
It is with great sadness that we wish to announce the passing of Ottis Coulter at Evergreen Seniors Residence. She will be greatly missed by many friends and family. Ottis had a very uplifting personality. She was loved by her friends new and old.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
