(nee Mould)

May 25, 1949 - Feb. 21, 2010

“It is not what is at the beginning or what is at the end it is what is in the dash that counts.”

It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of our mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, cousin and friend. Nancy passed away peacefully after a brave battle with cancer at home with her daughters, sister, niece, cousin and friends by her side. Dearly loved and forever missed by her family: her sister Mary Lou Bennett, her nephew Tim (Lisa), their son Liam, and niece Tracy; her daughters Jennifer Hathaway (Dean), Rebecca Kelly (Marc) and Megan Lagos (Joe); her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jessica, Amie and

Cohen, and many cousins and friends.

Special thanks to Dr. Prinsloo for his compassion and caring and to Joe Myers from Campbell River Health and Drugs for his kindness and thoughtfulness during her care.

Nancy would like to personally thank Linda Latham, Josie Laslo, Kathy Jones, Penny Roberts, Helli Hayes, Betty Gauvin, Diana Whitmore and Darlene Sloan for always being there.

Nancy was born and raised in Campbell River and brought her own family up here. Nancy worked at several jobs in Campbell River: the old Beehive Café, Discovery Inn, Island Airlines, and since 1987 had been a school secretary for School District 72. Through the years she made many good friends and those bonds continued for the remainder

of her life.

A Celebration of Nancy’s life will be held at the Ocean Crest Community Church on Saturday, March 6th 2010 at 1:00 pm with a tea to follow.

In lieu of flowers please donate to the Canadian Cancer Society or SPCA.

“I go to prepare a place for you that we may dwell together in the house of

Lord forever.”
