POLLARD, Muriel (Hillman)
April 4, 1925 - October 6, 2007
Predeceased by John, Husband of 56 years, Muriel is survived by children David (Ann) and Christine (Murray), grandchildren Matthew (Wayne) and Katie.
Born in Yorkshire England, WAAF radio operator during WWII, then immigrating with husband and son to Winnipeg Canada in 1952. Muriel then spent 20 years in Richmond before retiring to Quadra Island where John and Muriel enjoyed 27 years. Muriel passed on her love of gardening, the art of simple living and the first line of many songs. We will miss her outspokenness and stage whisper that often entertained family and friends.
