Margaret was born on July 9, 1919 in Grand Falls, Newfoundland and passed away peacefully at the Campbell River Hospital on Friday, July 11, 2014.
Loving wife of the late Allan. Dear mother of Andrew (Barbara), David (Daphne Rideout), Millie (Bill Franklin), Ruth (Bob Keefe), Jackie Hibbs (Robert Lee), and mother-in-law to Alice. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Darryl (Suzie), Dwayne, George (Connie), Shawnette (Dale), Anya, Karin, Beverley (Jose), Ryan (Tracy), Tina (Jason), Teri-Lynn (Tony); as well as her great-grandchildren Javis, Lakayla, Kyson, Zackary, Tristan, Adam, Zoe, Leah, Billy and Jay.
Mary is also survived by her brothers Andrew (Doris), William (Marie), Stanley, George and Barry; her sister Doris Noseworthy; and a large family of nephews and nieces.
She is predeceased by son Terry, granddaughter Millie, sister Martha, brother Edward and long-time friend and companion Alex Hunt.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, July 21, 2014 from 9:30am at Sutton’s Campbell River Funeral Home, 502 S. Dogwood Street, followed by a Funeral Service in the Funeral Home Chapel at 11:30 am. Interment Elk Falls Cemetery.
