Marian passed away peacefully at home, at age 89, on July 10, 2013. Predeceased by wife Elsie and son Lenard; survived by son Witold (Delilah), grandchildren Darryn (Frances), Kristi (Dave), Lennai (Ronnie), and Johnny. He also had nine great grandchildren.
Marian was a World War II veteran and retired Millwright who enjoyed avoiding our winters these past 25 years by spending half of the year in Puerto Vallarta. In his younger years he was an avid hunter and fisherman while his later days involved enjoying the wild life that inhabited his sanctuary like property. He will be dearly missed.
The family will be having a celebration of Marian’s life on Saturday, August 3rd from 1:00-4:00p.m. at 3024 South Island Highway, Campbell River.
