Born in Irma, Alberta, October 09, 1917 died peacefully at Glacier View Lodge, Comox, BC., October 24, 2004.
Ken was predeceased by his wife Hazel, brother Harold, sisters: Bernice, Mabel and Louise, and granddaughter Colleen.
Survived by and dearly missed by is daughter Judy Bell, son Bert (Penny) Hansen; grandchildren Mark (Nell) Bell, Matt, Jennifer and Liz Hansen; great grandchildren: Kristy (Casey), Justin, Lyndsey and Nick Bell; great-great granddaughter Mya Gibson-Bell.
The family would like to thank Dr. G. Tancon and the community health services, Nurses, especially Wendy, Lori and Marie; and caregivers at Glacier View Lodge for their loving care and kindness shown to Ken and his family. Special thank-you to his good friend Jack Innes; also Kristy & Mya; Joyce Depew; Caregivers Carol Telford and Lindsay Elms; Dave and Joann McKinnon; and Rev. Neil Lemke and Carrie.
