Keith Edmund Runacres
May 4, 1929 - January 15, 2011
After a lengthy illness, Keith passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home at the age of 81. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Liz, a son Brian (Lisa), and daughter Janet (Doug), as well as extended family.
Keith spent his life in various regions of BC, choosing to live in Campbell River in the mid 1960s. He loved his surroundings, whether he was skiing on Forbidden Plateau, boating on Buttle Lake, panning for gold in local rivers, flying over favorite mountains and inlets, tending his successful vegetable garden, or fishing off the Cape.
Thank you to Dr. Rob Sutherland and the many nurses and home care workers who helped our family through this. The comfort and caring you provided was appreciated immensely.
