Born Feb. 25th, 1919 in Winnipeg, Manitoba passed away Jan. 10th, 2004 in the Campbell River Hospital.

He is survived by his loving wife Irene, sons Wayne, Randy (Sandra); Grandchildren Tanya, Rick, Trevor, Alisha and Brian.

He was predeceased by his brother Frank Dec. 21st, 2002, survived by his brother John (Helene); George (Grace); sisters Irene, Georgia, sister-in-law Barbara and numerous nieces and nephews.

Caesar served in the Royal Canadian Navy from 1942 - 1945, and later was a member of the Navy Reserve, until he moved his family to Campbell river in 1963.

A printer by trade he worked for the Comox Press until his retirement in 1984. He was also a member of the Campbell River Gun Club, life member of the Royal Canadian Legion and a long time member of the Black Creek O.A.P.O.

He loved camping, travelling and working at his hobbies in his shop.
