John died peacefully at his home in Black Creek, BC in his 70th year. Preceded by his beloved wife, Sharon, and survived by his children John Shepherd (Laura), Angela Morrison, Christine Bower (Rob) and three grandchildren. He will be missed by many.
John had the opportunity to say good bye to his close friends and family. Humorous until the end, his direct comments and opinions kept the Family and caregivers light with laughter.
His children will gather later for a private celebration of life.
