It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Jeanne Eloise Plamondon nee Titus on December 12, 2023.
Left to grieve her passing are her husband, Dan and her Son, Jeffrey Paul Nagy.
Jeanne was predeceased by her Son, John Harold Titus on December 12, 2016. Through her marriage to Dan she welcomed Laura (George) Cathy (Dwayne) James (Nancy) and Rick (Kat).
Jeanne was born June 9, 1943 in Vancouver, B.C. and moved to Campbell River in 1968 and enjoyed raising her two boys in a small community which it was back then. In 1972 she went to work at the RCMP Detachment working Dispatch and other operational duties. She loved her job for thirty three years.
Jeanne loved and enjoyed her family, shopping, cooking, shopping, travelling in their RV, shopping and the occasional trip down island to shop again. A highlight was her friends in the Diva's Club and experiencing many good times with "The Girls".
She had learned about the MAID procedure and decided that would be her choice if ever placed in this position. It was truly a gift to Jeanne that she could make this choice not to suffer and to leave painlessly, peacefully and on her own terms.
She left us surrounded with her friends and loving family, favourite flowers, while sharing laughs, gazing at the ocean from her home and in true fashion, telling us what to do right up until the end.
