Passed away peacefully at Campbell River & District Hospital on Friday, May 27, 2016. He will be dearly missed by his loving family and many close friends. Jack moved to Campbell River in 1972 and was a well-known career miner with Myra Falls.
Services will be held on Saturday, June 4th at 12:00 noon from Elk Falls Crematorium and Reception Centre, Elk Falls Memorial Cemetery, Highway 28 at General Hill, Campbell River.
