Irene
of Campbell River, passed away in the presence of her loving family on Saturday, November 25th, 2006 at her home. She is survived and will be dearly missed by her husband of 60 years, Bill; daughter Marilyn (Jack) Spencer, sons Mike (Mary) McCurrie, Colin McCurrie and Kevin (Sharon) McCurrie; grandchildren Chris, Danielle, Leianne, Michelle, Craig, Clayton and Nicole; great grandchildren Cassidy and Hailey; bothers Joe (Vera) Patterson and Harold (Maureen) Patterson and sister Morrine (John) Gilderdale as well as many nieces and nephews. Irene was an active member of Living Waters Fellowship Church, Black Creek, where A Service of Remembrance in Celebration of her life took place on Tuesday, November 28th with Pastor Randy Beatty, officiating, ISLAND FUNERAL SERVICES/ELK FALLS CREMATORIUM, entrusted with arrangements.
