Arthur passed away peacefully at Sunshine Lodge, Campbell River, B.C. on Saturday, December 18, 2004. He was predeceased by his wife; Muriel, 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Arthur is survived by his son; Ken (Candace) of Merritt, daughters; Ruth of Port Alberni, Dianne of Fort St. John and Cathy of Campbell River, grand children; Chris (Carrie), Carly (Chris), Cheri, Lynne (Tony), Dale, Rodney, Tony (Tammi), Luke, Jonelle (Darrell), Maralyn (Mike), Coral (Stace), Laurene (Dean), great grandchildren; Madeline, Olivia, Cade, Danny, Deedee, Brody, Julie, Serena, Jessica, Bradley, Olivia, Jared, Lisa, Kyra, Jadyn and Derrek and numerous nieces and nephews.
Arthur worked on the boom at Elk Falls Mill until his retirement in 1981. A Memorial Service to be held at a later date. Donation’s in Arthur’s memory may be made to the Sunshine Lodge, 375 - 2nd Avenue, Campbell River, B.C. V9H 1A1 or the Canadian Blood Services, 1800 Alta Vista Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K1G 4J5 would be appreciated.
