Passed away quietly and peacefully on March 12, 2005 at Campbell River Hospital. May all her aches and pains be gone and rest in peace in the Great Library in the Sky. Gladys is survived by her husband of 61 years Francis E. Smith; sons Harvey (Barbara) and Ken (Sharon) and grandson Eric. There will be no service by request. Arrangements entrusted to ISLAND FUNERAL SERVICES/ELK FALLS CREMATORIUM, #103-909 Island Hwy., Campbell River. Flowers are gratefully declined. A special thank you to the Campbell River Hospital Emergency staff and nurses in I.C.U., the ambulance and fire attendants for their kindness and care.
