Frances was one of six children and is survived by her younger sister Doreen Walkus (nee Bell).
Frances married the love of her life, Joseph Bruce Quocksister “Ho-Me-Kins” of the Laichkwiltach Nation (Wei Wai Kum) March 23, 1956 and together they had six children and raised the children in Campbell River and Nanaimo.
Frances is predeceased by her husband Joseph Quocksister; eldest son, Thomas Quocksister; and granddaughter Brittany Baird.
