It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Ervin Adams.

He lost his 30-year fight against cancer in Victoria Hospital with his family at his side.

Ervin was born in Swan River Manitoba and moved to Campbell River where he met the love of his life Sharon, married 59 years. They had two loving daughters Kathryn and Shelley who gave him 4 grandchildren, Ryan, Sarah, Cole and Lauren.

Ervin is survived his wife, two daughters, three brothers, 4 grandchildren and many cousins' nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by father Earl, Mother Marion, and Brother Phillip.

Ervin worked at Elk Falls Mill, was part owner in DADS Delivery service, and spent his last working days at Western Equipment. He spent 15 years as a Volunteer Firefighter at Campbell River No.2 Fire Hall.

Ervin was a hard-working, honest family man who was always there to lend a hand, and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of life will be held on March 3rd at Oyster Bay Resorts 4357 Campbell River, 1:00 pm.
