Donald Ward (Retired)
Passed away at the Campbell River Hospital on October 10th, 2006. He was predeceased by his wife Madeline and survived by son Brian (Barbara) of Campbell River, together with grandchildren Jennifer (Tyler), David (Julina) of Campbell River.
Don served in the Canadian Armed Forces (Army) from 1935 to 1971. He and his wife Madeline enjoyed travelling and retirement in the sun in Arizona, and Mexico. He also found enjoyment working in his shop.
Don was a devoted father and husband, a kind, considerate man that enjoyed helping the less fortunate, especially children, and he had a great sense of humour.
