The world lost a great man, not great for his wealth or fame but for his kindness, honesty, optimism and untiring devotion to his family.
Don will be greatly missed by his wife Kathy, his sisters Sherry (Gene), Linda (John), Ruth (Les, deceased) and his brother Bud (deceased) and their families, and his sons Keith (Allison), Terry (Dawn), and Rick (Tonya) and is grandchildren.
His interests and life experiences are too many to list, he overcame a physical disability at birth, and a heart condition that led to one of the earliest open heart surgery's in BC.
Thank you, Dad, for your years of patience, sacrifice and teaching us to work hard, love life and pursue our dreams. We will never forget you or your passion for aircraft and flying.
We know you are at peace, none among us deserve it more.
