Age 79 years, passed away peacefully at the Campbell River & District Hospital on April 10, 2004. Don is survived by two sons, Donald (Debbie and Robert, 1 granddaughter, Kimberley Anne Stewart and 2 great-granddaughters, Jessica Bamber Stewart and Samantha Casey all of Arizona. Don will be sadly missed by Chris, Marina, Michelle, Kristen, Ashley, Michael & Matthew, also Lloyd, Audrey, family and many, many friends.
Don was a wonderful man with a kind heart and a unique sense of humour who always loved to make people laugh. A Memorial Service for Don will take place on May 17, 2004 (in honour of his 80th birthday) at 1:00 p.m. at the Shelter Bay Resort, 3860 S. Island Highway. Donations in Don’s memory can be made to the Campbell River Unit - Canadian Cancer Society, 170 Dogwood St. Campbell River, B.C. V9W 2X8. Arrangements entrusted to ISLAND FUNERAL SERVICES & ELK FALLS CREMATORIUM, 103 - 909 ISLAND HIGHWAY (GEORGIA QUAY), CAMPBELL RIVER.
