“Feet” was born on November 19, 1976 in Ladysmith, BC and passed away August 14, 2008 in Campbell River, BC.
Pre-deceased by his Father, Derek Boucher. Survived by his Sons, Tre, Dante and Derek Michael Jr., his Mother Dianne, his Brothers Cecil, Peter and Michael and his Sisters Pauline, Christine, Sharon and Samantha.
Derek will be sadly missed by many family members and friends.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2008 at 2.00pm at the Salvation Army Oceanside Church, 291 McLean St. Campbell River. Family request that no pregnant ladies or children under 12 attend the service.
Private cremation to follow.
