Passed away peacefully Thursday February 16, 2006 at the age of 87 years. He is predeceased by his brother, Arthur Neil Ross of Powell River. Delbert is survived by his loving wife, Jean, of almost 60 years, two sisters, Eileen Brown of Powell River, Joyce Sutton of Langley, BC, one brother Stanley (Daisy) of Powell River and his nephew Craig Ross, also his Godson, of Yellowknife, NWT.
He also leaves to mourn many nieces, nephews and friends.
A Celebration of his life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 137, at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sunshine Lodge in Campbell River, BC.
