Son of the late Arthur and Enda Bendickson.
Taken from us in a car accident.
Very much missed by his sister Linda, nephew Eric, niece Sarianna Borgfjord, all of Campbell River; brother Keith Bendickson of Duncan; sister Thelma and brother in law Ed Silkens of Campbell River; his partner Rose-Marie Silkens in hospital intensive care in Victoria, and his constant companion Juniper. Bruce is also survived and missed by his aunt, cousins, extended family and many close friends.
Bruce was well known on the coast where his knowledge, experience and skill in the woods and on the waters surrounding Johnstone Strait were constantly relied upon. He was a source of quiet strength to us all.
Remembrance arrangements will be made at a later date.
