July 17, 1942 - June 4, 2018
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Brian Irvin Stothers on June 4, 2018 at the age of 75.
Brian leaves behind his mother, Barbara, siblings, Marilyn, Sharon and Chris (Marie) his daughter, Belinda (Kevin) son, John (Anna) and three grandchildren Joshua, Logan and Norah. Brian also leaves behind his nieces and nephews, cousins and a big extended family who meant so much to him.
Brian was kind, generous, gregarious and always the life of the party. His favourite place to be was in the garden or cooking up a new recipe in the kitchen.
Brian was a loving father who could always be found standing at the sidelines watching his kids games or helping with homework at the end of the night. He had a love of history and western movies.
Brian had a successful career as a parts man and made many friends during his decades of work. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
A private family get together is being held in Burnaby on Saturday July 21st.
We would like to thank all the Drs, Nurses and friends and family who helped Brian during this difficult last year. Your kindness was very appreciated.
