With great tenderness we say “Au Revoir” to our beautiful mom, who passed away in Campbell River at the age of 90.
Bertha was born and lived in Kapuskasing, Ontario all her life except for the last few years when she moved to Campbell River to be with her children; Gary, Roger and Jo-Anne (Tom). She loved her grandchildren, bowling and cards – especially Bridge. Always willing to lend a helping hand, she also volunteered with Senior’s Clubs.
We will miss her unassuming presence and her ever present smile. It is with heartfelt gratitude that we say “Thank You” to her caregivers who were so kindly attentive to her at Yucalta Lodge and everyone at Evergreen Seniors Home.
