In Loving Memory ~

Born in Chilliwack BC, Anne chose Campbell River as the best place to open her own hair salon in 1957.

Milady's House of Charm was located beside Rosie's Cafe and after much success the shop moved to St. Ann's Road. She was a hairstylist for 49 years.

Anne enjoyed travelling, from bus trips to Reno to many cruises, but her favourite place was Hawaii. She was an excellent cook and loved to entertain, hosting annual BC Day Hawaiian pig roasts at her beautiful yard on the banks of the Campbell River.

Over the years she was an active member of both the Legion and the Eagles clubs and Sequoia Springs Golf Course. She was proud of a Perfect Hand in crib and a Hole-in-One in Golf.

Predeceased by husbands Bob Dawson and Bob McCracken, brother Bill Luck and son-in-law Kenneth Menges.

Survived by loving daughters Vicki Jensen of Campbell River and Lori Squires (Ross Cunningham) of 100 Mile House, sisters Jeanne (Raymond) Rintoul of Burnaby and Florence Hoskins of Campbell River, one grandson and many nieces and nephews.

Anne remained beautiful all her life. She lit up every room with her smile, her laugh and her sense of humour.

With much gratitude to the loving, caring staff on READ floor at Discovery Harbour House.

Sleep in Heavenly Peace.
