November 12, 1918 - March 30, 2019
Adeline Baikie passed away peacefully at Evergreen Senior's Home in Campbell River on March 30, 2019 at the age of 100. Adeline was born in Prince Rupert on November 12, 1918, grew up on Denman Island and after marrying Jack made Campbell River her home where she raised her boys and lived until her passing.

Adeline was predeceased by her parents Francis and Maggie Graham, her husband Jack Baikie, brothers Victor Graham, and Dick and his wife Ina Graham, and daughter-in-law Marion Baikie.

Left to mourn her passing are her sons Jack (Boom) and Alec (Janis and family), her younger brother Harper (Ann) and many nieces and nephews and their families. Also left to mourn are her grandchildren Shannon (Cliff), Kara, and Clint (Marisa) and her great-grandchildren who she adored Rylan, Bowen, Finley and Bridger.

Adeline loved to travel, play bridge with her many friends, bake for her family, take care of her meticulous garden, and play golf any time she could.

Due to Adeline's wishes there will be no funeral. In lieu of flowers please donate to Diabetes Canada.

Special thanks to Dr. Rob Ramsay who saw Grandma through two broken hips and surgery and the amazing staff at Evergreen who made Grandma's final years comfortable and dignified. You are an amazing final home for our loved ones and your compassion, care and kindness is truly exceptional.
