And that makes it 6-1. Colin Blake sweeps around Nanaimo Buccaneer goalie Alex Orth to pop in the sixth and final goal of the night in the Campbell River Storm's VIJHL series opening victory at the Rod Brind'Amour Arena Tuesday.

Game #1 of the VIJHL Playoffs round #2 saw the Campbell River Storm come out on top with a decisive score of 6-1 Tuesday at Rod Brind’Amour Arena.

Colin Blake scored twice along with Michal Holub, Austin Steger, Keenan Scardina and Alex Rosolowsky. Nanaimo's Billy Walters scored the Buc's lone goal.

Shots were 33-23 in favor of the Storm. The Three Stars were Colin Blake, Austin Steger and Darryl Senholt all from the Storm.
