Poles blessed

The city celebrated the completion of Highway 19A last Saturday with a ceremony that included a blessing by Chief Bill Henderson of the Wei Wai Kum First Nation and a traditional First Nations dance. For the second time in four days, the city also demonstrated that a fire truck can pass a city truck on the narrow highway.
