Noelle DeGraw of Courtenay, B.C., right, is the recipient of a Program for Continuing Education (PCE) grant from the Campbell River chapter of P.E.O., Chapter AZ. Arlene Smith, president of the local chapter, presented DeGraw with a cheque for $500 in September. DeGraw applied for the PCE grant in order to return to school to complete the 10 month, Clinical Hypnotherapy Program at The Canadian College of Advanced Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy in Courtenay. P.E.O. is a philanthropic educational organization where women celebrate the advancement of women; educate women through scholarships, grants, awards and loans; and motivate women to achieve their highest aspirations.
