If yes, then you should not join federal Liberal environmental critic Kirsty Duncan for a roundtable on the environment at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 10 at Banners Restaurant.
Duncan is on a cross-Canada tour listening to citizens concerned about sustaining the environment. Among other achievements, Duncan was an adjunct professor teaching both medical geography at the University of Toronto and global environmental processes at Royal Roads University, and served on the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, an organization that won the 2007 Nobel Prize with Al Gore.
She offers insight into politics of the environment, but mostly she wants your input as she develops policy that understands the need for prosperity and jobs, but is respectful of our sustaining environment.
