Science World hosted a family science event Saturday at NIC’s Campbell River campus to celebrate the positive impact that science, technology and innovation has on our region’s economy.

Community Science Celebrations encourage students to see value in science studies and consider science and technology career options. They also promote local businesses involved in science and technology and bring the community together by showcasing science education opportunities, local industries, government agencies, schools and community organizations involved in science and technology.
