This year Timberline’s musical theatre program has taken on a new challenge in presenting Disney’s Aladdin: The Musical March 1,2, 7, 8, 9.

Danette Bell is directing a cast and crew of students who are creating a professional looking production with all of the hallmarks of a Disney favourite

For those less familiar with Aladdin it is a story that takes place in the city of Agrabah.

Aladdin, a street urchin, accidentally meets Princess Jasmine, who is in the city undercover. They love each other, but she can only marry a prince.

Tickets are now on Sale December and performances are at 7 p.m. on March 1-2,  7-9 plus a Sunday Matinee at 2 p.m. on March 3. Evening performance tickets are: $15 for adults and $12 for seniors.

On Thursday March 7 only, the tickets are $8 for students.

Sunday matinee tickets are $20 for adults, $12 Child (10 and under) and include jasmine tea and cookies. Photo ops with the characters start at 1 p.m.
