This is a great cast of local talent that are no strangers to the stage, and it shows in this funny play about life in a small town for siblings Vanya & Sonia, when their movie star sister, Masha, shows up with her way younger new boy Spike!

It’s chaos, it’s touching, it’s hilarious and it’s relatable to most families in one way or another.

“Although it’s not a Christmas play, it’s a fitting time of year as we all have a story or two about our families getting together that results in hurt feelings, frustration, laughs and tears and everything in between,” says director Glen Clark.

The whacky housekeeper Cassandra and a young lady, star struck by Masha, visiting her relatives add to the excitement and fun. There is a language warning for the play as you may hear the odd profanity.

Rivercity Players is 100 per cent volunteer and very much appreciates the communities support to keep live theatre alive and well in the area.
