Come join the Quadra Singers for their spring session which starts this Thursday, Jan. 19.
The singers will be preparing for their own Quadra version of Woodstock, dubbed “Q-stock,” and celebrating Bob Dylan winning the Nobel Prize for Literature, as well as honouring the late Leonard Cohen.
It will be a fun session culminating with a concert on April 29, when the audience will be invited to attend in their best 60s, hippie outfits still hidden in deep in the closet somewhere.
The first rehearsal is tomorrow night (Jan. 19) at 6:45 p.m. at the Quadra Community Centre.
