Greenways Land Trust is looking for volunteers to help with the third annual Frogger 15 Fun Run.
This is a fun and friendly event and a great way to give back to the community.
The race will be held on Saturday, Sept. 19. Volunteers will start anywhere from 7:30 to 8 a.m., depending on their allocated task, and all will be finished by noon in time to enjoy the end of the race festivities in Spirit Square.
Volunteers receive gift cards and freebies to commemorate the day.
The Frogger 15 raises money and awareness for Greenways and the 25 kilometre Greenways Loop.
Starting downtown at Spirit Square, participants run to the Beaver Lodge Forest Lands, then finish at Spirit Square with community booths, music, salmon burgers, and awards.
