Foster parents association responds to Hamper Fund’s need: Youngsters connected with the Campbell River Foster Parent Association unload a truckload of gifts at the Knights of Columbus Hamper Fund depot at Tyee Plaza. The toys are surplus from the Campbell River Foster Parent Association’s seventh annual Kids Only Christmas for children in the care of the Ministry of Children and Family Development. This event provides an opportunity for children and teens to select gifts for members of their biological families as well as their foster families. In addition
