Campbell River’s Big Truck Parade was another shining event in downtown Campbell River on Friday night.
Sixty-two trucks were registered to take part in the event that was conducted under a light drizzle at the start but which held off for most of the parade and the Starlight Shopping event which continued on afterwards.
Many big trucks and other vehicles were draped in Christmas Lights and roled down the Island HIghway and into Shoppers row before ending up at the Tyee Plaza.
And, of course, Jolly Old Saint Nick was in attendance riding along and waving to the crowd.
