Peter Ciceri, Chief Executive Officer of the Oak Bay Marine Group, in his mandate as CEO has recently recommended a new organizational structure for the company, moving from a CEO model to a COO model to enable it to effectively meet its future business goals as set out by its governing trust. Accordingly, Ciceri will step down as CEO effective March 31.
“We are grateful for what Peter has accomplished during his time with the company,” said Trustee and Director Mark Appleton, “and we wish him every success moving forward.”
VP of Resorts Brook Castelsky has accepted the newly created role of COO for the Oak Bay Marine Group, effective March 31, 2015. He will report directly to the Board of Directors and be responsible for the overall management and operations of the company.
