A sell-out crowd packed the Coast Bastion Inn April 24 for the Vancouver Island Commercial Building Awards where Campbell River’s Target store won an Award of Excellence for its renovation of the former Zellers location, the new Timberline Village Shopping Centre won an Award of Merit for retail space and the Rose Harbour transition house won an Award of Merit for Specialty Housing.
