Sylvie


Sylvie Booth passed away at home with her loving family by her side, on October 25th, 2007 at the age of 48 years. She was pre-deceased by her sister, Lise in May of 2000. Sylvie is survived by her loving husband Blake; daughter Chandra; brothers, Claude (Lucille), Andre (Kimberly), Michael (Barbara) and Pierre (Brian). Sylvie is also survived by her parents, Magella and Jeanine Maisonneuve, and also leaves to mourn, many other relatives and friends.

In her past work experiences, Sylvie was involved in working at a radio station (sales), the Calgary Herald with marketing and advertising, and was also known as a personal trainer and accountant. In her past time she enjoyed reading, scrap booking, arts and live theatre. She loved to travel, was a great public speaker (Danette’s and Tide Mark), loved camping in good weather, her animals, Mocha and Buddy and “loved quality time with her family”. Sylvie was a member of the Dragon Boat team and a close friend of Bill W.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Ocean Crest Salvation Army Church, 291 McLean Street, Campbell River, BC, on Saturday, November 3rd, 2007 at 11:00 AM, with Captain Mark Dunstan officiating. If friends so desire, donations in memory of Sylvie may be made to the Ocean Crest Salvation Army Church.
