After a short illness with cancer, we're sad to announce that Bryon passed away peacefully in the Campbell River Hospital.
Lovingly survived by his wife of 64 years, Cecelia, daughter Kim, sons Kelvin, Ken (Pam) and Keith, 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, 9 remaining siblings, and many extended family and friends.
Bryon worked at Elk Falls Planer mill for 46 years. After retirement he built a beloved fish pond in the backyard, enjoyed gardening, camping, fishing, and hunting trips.
Special thanks to Dr. Baerg and colleagues, as well as the 3rd floor nurses and care aides. You all made his last days comfortable.
A celebration of life will be held at the family residence on April 27, 2024, from 1-5pm.
