Residents and cops nab prowler

After receiving a third report of a prowler in the neighbourhood, police officers in an unmarked cruiser decided to sit and wait for the culprit

The chest is to serve as a time capsule containing present-day items that chapter members and supporters place inside. The chest will be kept in Strathcona Gardens and opened when a cure for cystic fibrosis is found.
