Strong showing by CR figure skaters

Campbell River figure skaters had a strong showing at the VISI Competition Super Series Vancouver Island in Parksville.

The competition was jointly hosted by the Vancouver Island Region and the BC/YT Section, Skate Canada, and featured skaters from across the province.

The Campbell River Skating Club congratulates all its skaters.

  • Andrea Beattie: ninth, Silver Interpretative and 10th, Senior Bronze Women
  • Sierra Petrovcic: silver medal, Star 4 Over 13 yrs and sixth, Bronze Interpretative
  • Celeste Gale: bronze medal, Star 4 Under 13 yrs, Group 1
  • Shanti Kellerhals: sixth, Star 4 Under 13 yrs, Group 1
  • Jazlynn Balalio: eighth, Star 4 Under 13 yrs, Group 2
  • Heidi Schulte: gold rosette, Star 3, Group 6
  • Johanna Panas: gold rosette, Star 3, Group 7
  • Janelle Tumbaga: silver rosette, Star 3, Group 7
